How do I pay my rent?

Residents of the properties we manage can pay their rent online using our online portal, Cozy by clicking the Residents link found here and in the upper right corner of the webpage.

Who do I call if I need an emergency repair?

If you need a repair outside of regular business hours, please call our 24/7 emergency access line: 000.000.0000.

I’m locked out. Who can help?

Please call our emergency access number at 000.000.0000.  You will need to provide your government-issued I.D. to ensure you are a leaseholder or resident. If we are able to arrange for someone with a copy of the keys to provide you access, we will do so as soon as possible.  We can also arrange for a locksmith’s services; you would, however, be responsible for the cost of those services and additional copies of the keys.

Residents may not contract locksmiths to gain access to a property or change the locks without written permission from the owner of the property and/or Haven.

I need assistance with the web portal. Who do I ask for help?
